The 1UP USA Super Duty (SD) bike rack is our latest innovation, built for adventurers who take the road less traveled. This robust tray-style rack can carry mountain bikes, gravel bikes, e-bikes, and other two-wheeled machines weighing up to 100 lbs.

Crafted entirely from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum, the SD is designed for top performance both on and off-road.

The tray system grips your bike by the tires, preventing scratches or damage to your valuable frame and fork. For bikes over 75 lbs or for more rugged off-road conditions, the optional Wheel Chock provides added stability by reducing steer tube movement.

Loading and unloading is easier than ever with the new one-handed operation. Press the red button, rotate the arms upward, and the ratchet system disengages, allowing smooth lifting with one hand. Close the arms by pressing the button down, and a series of clicks confirms they're securely locked. The adjustable design fits bikes from 16" kids' sizes to 29ers, and even accommodates 5" fat tires without the need for a spacer.

Mounting the SD to your vehicle is hassle-free thanks to the integrated anti-wobble corner expander ball. Just tighten the bolt using our custom security wrench to secure the rack to a 2" hitch for stable, wobble-free performance. The hitch bar also includes a machined slot for 3 inches of depth adjustability, with a built-in hitch lock for extra security.
